• Gizea.net provides an online platform to schedule appointments with organizations, subcities, and woredas.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when booking an appointment.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login credentials.
• Misuse of the system, including fraudulent bookings or providing false information, is strictly prohibited.

2. User Responsibilities

By using Gizea.net, you agree to:

• Provide valid personal details (name, phone number, etc.) when booking.
• Arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.
• Cancel or reschedule if you cannot attend.
• Respect the rules of the organization or provider offering the service.

3. Booking Process

• All bookings are confirmed only after receiving a confirmation code/queue number.
• Your booking ID and confirmation number will be unique to your appointment.
• Availability is based on slot capacity for each woreda and is updated in real time.
• Once booked, your appointment details (date, time, woreda, provider) will be stored securely in our system.

4. Payments

• Some services may require payment (e.g., service fees). Payments are processed through secure gateways such as Chapa.
• Gizea.net does not store your payment card details.
• Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified by the service provider.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Cancellation or rescheduling policies depend on the specific organization/service provider.
• Gizea.net provides the platform but does not guarantee refunds or rescheduling unless approved by the provider.

6. Privacy

• Your data is protected according to our Privacy Policy.
• By using Gizea.net, you consent to the collection and use of your data for booking and service purposes.

7. Service Limitations

• Gizea.net acts only as an appointment management tool and is not responsible for the actual service provided by organizations.
• We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or quality of services offered by providers.
• While we strive for availability, we do not guarantee that Gizea.net will always function without interruptions or errors.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if:

• You violate these Terms & Conditions.
• You misuse the platform (fraudulent bookings, abuse, etc.).
• You attempt to disrupt or harm the system’s security.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Gizea.net is not responsible for any losses, damages, or missed opportunities arising from the use of the platform.
• We are not liable for actions or omissions of service providers.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia.
